Sets the currency (UGX) and the mobile money members pay with (MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money).

For a circle of members abroad, e.g. "Dubai & Saudi". Members can live anywhere; Uganda still sets the rules, the currency and the networks.
Up to 30 members. Add more circles later, up to 100 in the group.
Each contribution splits between the Community ledger (member loans, shared out at cycle end) and the Investment ledger (group investments). The default is 50/50.
Grants for emergencies such as a funeral. Never lent. 0 for none.
At the end of the cycle the books are audited and the Community ledger is shared out.
Loans default to 3 times a member's savings, one at a time. Loans above UGX 500,000 go to a vote of the whole circle.
